David W. Beckingham, 44, has been a mortgage broker for over 20 years and is currently the President and CEO of Centum Capital Group Inc., a mortgage brokerage company
David L. Thomas, 47, has been a partner at Bull, Housser & Tupper, Barristers and Solicitors, but currently practices law as a sole practitioner. He has acted as a Trustee for the Leben REIT and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Montreux Capital Corp., trading on the Toronto Venture Exchange.
Peter M. Kains, 70, Kains is currently a private commercial real estate investor but in the past has acted as President of Gray Beverage Inc. (Pepsi) for the period 1973 to 1995 and Chairman and CEO of Okanagan Spring Brewery for the period 1995 to 1997. His soft drink career from 1962 to 1995 spanned eight cities in Canada from coast to coast.
W. Marc Strongman, 44, has been a real estate investor and developer since 1987 for various private and family owned companies.
W. Gerald Strongman, 73, is currently a private real estate investor but has previously acted as Executive Vice-President of Colour Your World Paint, Chairman of B.C. Rail for the period 1986 to 1991 and as a British Columbia M.L.A. for the period 1975 to 1979.
Joanne S.T. Thomas, 45, has been a mortgage broker with Centum Capital Group Inc. since 2006. Prior to this, she was a lawyer practicing predominantly in the area of real estate and mortgage transactions.
